The Elementary School Guidance Department offers support to teachers, students and parents in several areas.
Sharon Schaade, who holds a Master of Arts in counseling, provides personal counseling to students and parents on an as-needed basis, conducts classroom placement evaluations, and coordinates our elementary character training program as well as our chapel programs for older elementary students.

NOTE: The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) reports that 90% of children ages 11-17 will be accidentally exposed to internet pornography. Also, there is a growing problem among 5-11 year olds.
