Vocal Music

Under the direction of Tammy Johnson, our preschool and elementary students gain an understanding of vocal music fundamentals. Students usually perform for Grandparents' Day in October, at a Christmas program, and at an end-of the-year program.

Our secondary students may participate in choir programs in both junior and senior high school. Choirs are conducted by vocal music directors, Carolyn Long (junior high) and Teri Rickaby (senior high), who also helps students develop their leadership skills on our chapel worship teams (see "clubs" under the "campus life" tab on this web site). In addition to performances at FACS, our secondary choirs perform at area venues and competitions, and take trips each year.
