Graduation Saturday, May 12

Commencement exercises for the senior class of 2013 begin at 2 p.m.; reception follows in the FACS Dining Hall.

 

Green & Gold Football Game Saturday, May 19

Game begins at 11:00 a.m. at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, MS, and is followed by a catered picnic in The Grove.  Cost is $10 for game and food.  Bring your friends.

Prayer Corner

Please continue to pray for our Head of School as he recovers from heart surgery.

 

Praise God for His provision in the life of a family recently awarded guardianship of three beloved children.

The father of a second grade boy died suddenly in February. Please continue to pray for the entire family, and especially for comfort for this precious FACS student.

 

We have two faculty members whose close relatives (both children) are partially paralyzed following seri0us accidents this past winter. Please pray for miracles, for comfort, and for physical and emotional strength. The prayers are for a teenage girl injured during gymnastics and for a 5-year-old boy injured in an auto accident.

 

Please continue to pray for an FACS alum in the class of 2008 who is battling leukemia.

 

Pray for several FACS families who are struggling with the loss of family income due to job eliminations.

 

Pray for all of our alumni to be ever reminded of their callings to glorify Christ in their postsecondary studies, families, churches, neighborhoods, and workplaces.
